SUBMISSION OF REPORTS All applicable study reports shall be submitted in preliminary form for approval by the State before a final report is issued. The State's comments on the Engineer's preliminary report must be addressed in the final report.

Upon request by OIG, Extendicare may be required to provide OIG with an electronic copy of each notification or report required by this CIA in searchable portable document format (pdf), either instead of or in addition to, a paper copy.
Preparation of Reports The Servicer shall prepare and deliver such additional reports as required under this Agreement, including a copy of each Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 4.01(c)(ii), the annual Servicer’s Regulation AB Certificate described in Section 3.03, and the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.04. In addition, the Servicer shall prepare, procure, deliver and/or file, or cause to be prepared, procured, delivered or filed, any reports, attestations, exhibits, certificates or other documents required to be delivered or filed with the SEC (and/or any other Governmental Authority) by the Issuer or the Depositor under the federal securities or other applicable laws or in accordance with the Basic Documents, including, but without limiting the generality of foregoing, filing with the SEC, if applicable and required by applicable law, a copy or copies of (i) the Monthly Servicer’s Certificates described in Section 3.01(b)(i) (under Form 10-D or any other applicable form), (ii) the Servicer’s Certificates described in Section 4.01(c)(ii) (under Form 10-D or any other applicable form), (iii) the annual statements of compliance, attestation reports and other certificates described in Section 3.03, and (iv) the Annual Accountant’s Report (and any attestation required under Regulation AB) described in Section 3.04. In addition, the appropriate officer or officers of the Servicer shall (in its separate capacity as Servicer) sign the Depositor’s annual report on Form 10-K (and any other applicable SEC or other reports, attestations, certifications and other documents), to the extent that the Servicer’s signature is required by, and consistent with, the federal securities laws and/or any other applicable law.
Filing of Reports Title Company shall be solely responsible for the timely filing of any reports or returns required pursuant to the provisions of Section 6045(e) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (and any similar reports or returns required under any state or local laws) in connection with the closing of the transaction contemplated in this Agreement.
Copies of Reports For a period of two years following the date hereof, to furnish to the Underwriters copies of all materials furnished by the Partnership to its security holders and all reports and financial statements furnished by the Partnership to the principal national securities exchange upon which the Units may be listed pursuant to requirements of or agreements with such exchange or to the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act or any rule or regulation of the Commission thereunder, in each case to the extent that such materials, reports and financial statements are not publicly filed with the Commission.
Accuracy of Reports All reports required to be filed by the Company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), since December 31, 2003, have been duly and timely filed with the SEC. All such reports complied at the time of their respective filing dates in all material respects with the requirements of the Exchange Act or the Act, as applicable, and all rules and regulations thereunder of their respective forms. None of such reports contained (as of their respective dates) any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
REPORT SUBMISSION 1. Copies of reporting packages for audits conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, as revised, and required by PART I of this agreement shall be submitted, when required by Xxxxxxx .000 (x), XXX Xxxxxxxx X-000, as revised, by or on behalf of the recipient directly to each of the following:
Notification of Recall Notification of recall from layoff shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, deliverable to addressee only, to the employee's last known address. The notice shall give the employee a minimum of ten (10) calendar days within which to respond after the notice of recall has been mailed. Employees who decline recall or who, in the absence of extenuating circumstances, fail to respond within the time set for return to work, shall be presumed to have resigned and their name shall be removed from the seniority and preferred eligibility list.
