Submission of Report. After the completion of Exploration period, COMPANY (A) shall submit an Exploration report to DGSE which shall contain calculation and reasons, both technical and economic, supported by data, drawings, maps and relevant information upon which the decision whether or not to proceed with the Feasibility Study is based. The Exploration report shall also contain all information as herein above mentioned in the definition for Exploration and information concerning other matters which, in the opinion of COMPANY (A), may be of interest to the Government.
Submission of Report. Except as otherwise detailed in an applicable Schedule, Licensee shall file a report with Nasdaq setting forth the Fee calculations as detailed in the applicable Schedule within fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of each Calendar Quarter. Upon receipt of such calculations, Nasdaq will provide Licensee with an invoice for the relevant quarterly Fee payment, provided that the quarterly Fee amount shall be offset by the Annual Minimum Fee (if applicable) until such time as the total Annual Minimum Fee for the then current year has been fully applied to the relevant quarterly Fee amount payable hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee shall not be liable for any quarterly Fees unless and until the Annual Minimum Fee amount is fully offset by the quarterly Fee amounts.
Submission of Report. USER shall submit to NII a report concerning research activities conducted by USER during the duration of the Memorandum using DATA more than one month before the expiration date of the Memorandum.
Submission of Report. During performance of the Contract, Contractor shall monitor the Work of the Contract, award of subcontracts and contracts for materials, equipment and supplies for the purpose of determining DVBE participation in the Work of the Contract. Contractor shall report on a monthly basis all DVBEs utilized in the performance of the Work, the type or classification of the Work performed by each DVBE, and the dollar value of the Work performed by each DVBE. Upon completion of the Work of the Contract, Contractor shall submit a report to the District in the form attached hereto identifying all DVBEs utilized in the performance of the Work, the type or classification of the Work performed by each DVBE, and the dollar value of the Work performed by each DVBE. The submission to the District of this report is a condition precedent to the District's obligation to make payment of the Final Payment under the Contract Documents. The submission of this report shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other conditions precedent set forth in the Contract Documents for the District's obligation to make payment of the Final Payment. The District reserves the right to request additional information or documentation from the Contractor evidencing efforts to comply with the three percent (3%) DVBE participation goal.   • Preparation of Reports The Servicer shall prepare and deliver such additional reports as required under this Agreement, including a copy of each Servicer’s Certificate described in Section 4.01(c)(ii), the annual Servicer’s Regulation AB Certificate described in Section 3.03, and the Annual Accountant’s Report described in Section 3.04.   • Filing of Reports Title Company shall be solely responsible for the timely filing of any reports or returns required pursuant to the provisions of Section 6045(e) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (and any similar reports or returns required under any state or local laws) in connection with the closing of the transaction contemplated in this Agreement.

  • Accuracy of Reports All reports required to be filed by the Company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), since December 31, 2003, have been duly and timely filed with the SEC. All such reports complied at the time of their respective filing dates in all material respects with the requirements of the Exchange Act or the Act, as applicable, and all rules and regulations thereunder of their respective forms. None of such reports contained (as of their respective dates) any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.

  • REPORT SUBMISSION 1.   • Notification of Recall Notification of recall from layoff shall be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, deliverable to addressee only, to the employee's last known address. The notice shall give the employee a minimum of ten (10) calendar days within which to respond after the notice of recall has been mailed. Employees who decline recall or who, in the absence of extenuating circumstances, fail to respond within the time set for return to work, shall be presumed to have resigned and their name shall be removed from the seniority and preferred eligibility list.
