Submission Deadline. Proposals must be submitted to, and be received by the City, via mail, overnight mail, private courier service or by hand‐delivery before 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on July 15, 2024. Proposals will not be accepted by facsimile transmission or e‐mail. Any and all Proposals not received by the City in compliance with the aforementioned times will be unopened and rejected.
