Common use of Sublease Term Clause in Contracts

Sublease Term. The term of this Sublease shall commence on the Commencement Date and continue for the Sublease Term unless terminated prior to such date pursuant to the terms hereof or pursuant to law. Promptly following the actual Commencement Date and upon request of Sublandlord, Sublandlord and Subtenant shall jointly execute a written declaration specifying the actual Commencement Date.
