Common use of Sublease Term Clause in Contracts

Sublease Term. The term of this Sublease shall commence on the Effective Date and expire on November 30, 2027 (the “Sublease Term”), unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Sublease Term shall in no event extend beyond the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease.

Sublease Term. The term Term of this Sublease shall commence on Feb 1,2002 (hereinafter called the Effective Date "Commencement Date"), and shall expire on November 30Jan 31, 2027 2005 unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement (the “Sublease "Term”"). If there are any option terms, unless otherwise agreed such terms will be reflected on an Addendum to by the Parties in writing. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Sublease Term shall in no event extend beyond the expiration or earlier termination of the Leasethis Sublease.

Notwithstanding anything herein Sublessee acknowledges and agrees that Sublessee has no right or option to the contrary, extend or renew the Sublease Term shall in no event extend beyond the expiration or earlier termination of the LeaseDecember 31, 2005.
