Common use of Sublease Term Clause in Contracts

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period ------------- commencing September 1, 1999 ("Commencement Date") and continuing through August 14 31, 2001, or such earlier date as the Master Lease or this Sublease may be terminated in accordance with its terms ("Sublease Termination Date"). In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term.
