Subject to Article. 5.1.1, the Project may be synchronized by the SPG to the Interconnection Facilities when it meets all the connection conditions prescribed in applicable Grid Code then in effect and otherwise meets all other Indian Governmental Instrumentality for synchronization to the Interconnection Facilities.
