Subject matter of Processing. 2.1.The User engages the Processor to provide the Services to the User though the Website and agrees that the Processor shall carry the Processing of User’s Data, the categories of which are described in Section 2 of this Agreement, pursuant to the terms stated herein.
Subject matter of Processing. 1.1 The data accessed from the IPSX Facilities and data added from other sources, principally pertaining to the assessment of the fitness and propriety of Applicants to be approved as Members or Issuers by IPSX, and their compliance with the threshold conditions on an ongoing basis, and data pertaining to persons within the Counterparty who have access to IPSX Facilities.

You must notify us promptly if this information changes, and you must provide us with the necessary updated information.

The Client engages SharpLaunch, Inc. to provide the Services to the Client though SharpLaunch and agrees that SharpLaunch, Inc. shall carry the Processing of Client’s Data, the categories of which are described in Section 2 of this Agreement, pursuant to the terms stated herein.

The Controller hereby engages the Processor to provide the Services to the Controller by means of the Principal Agreement and agrees that the Processor shall carry the Processing of the Service Data, the categories of which are described in Section 3 of this Agreement, pursuant to the terms stated herein.

Subject matter of Processing. This Agreement stipulates the rights and obligations of the Parties regarding the Processing of User’s Data in connection with the Services. It shall apply to all activities within the scope of the Services and the Terms in the context of which the Processor or the Sub-processors may come into contact with User’s Data. To ensure the transparency of the Processing, the Parties shall keep records of all Processing activities regarding Personal Data as required by Art. 30 of the GDPR.
