Subject Invention. Any Invention that is conceived by Executive during the term of their employment with Company solely or jointly with others and: (i) relates to the actual or anticipated business, research, or development of Company; (ii) results from any work performed by Executive using any equipment, facilities, materials, Confidential Information, or Company personnel; or (iii) is suggested by or results from any task assigned to Executive by, or performed by Executive for or on behalf of, Company.
