Common use of Subcontractors’ Insurance Clause in Contracts

Subcontractors’ Insurance. Before permitting any of Contractor’s subcontractors to perform any Work under this Contract, Contractor shall either (1) require each subcontractor to procure and maintain, during the life of the subcontracts, Subcontractor’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance of the types and in amounts as may be applicable to the Work, or (2) insure the activities of subcontractors in Contractor’s own policy.

Subcontractors’ Insurance. Before permitting any of Contractor’s subcontractors to perform any Work under this Contract, The Contractor shall either (1) require each subcontractor of his Subcontractors to procure and maintain, during the life of the subcontractssubcontract, Subcontractor’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance insurance of the types and specified in amounts as may be applicable to the Work, this Article or (2) insure the activities of subcontractors his Subcontractors in Contractor’s own policyhis policy as required in this Article.

Subcontractors’ Insurance. Before permitting any of Contractor’s subcontractors to perform any Work under this Contract, The Contractor shall either be responsible for all of its Subcontractors (1if any) require each subcontractor to procure and maintain, during their insurance. The Contractor shall ensure that all Subcontractors secure and maintain all insurance coverages and other financial sureties required by Applicable Law. The Contractor shall ensure that such insurance is adequate for the life of services provided by the subcontracts, Subcontractor’s Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance of . The Contractor is responsible for any inadequacies in the types and in amounts as may be applicable to the Work, or (2) insure the activities limits of subcontractors in insurance maintained by its Subcontractors. The Contractor’s liability under this Agreement is not limited by the presence or lack of its own policyinsurance or the insurance of its Subcontractors.
