Subcontractor Supervision and Responsibility Sample Clauses
The Subcontractor Supervision and Responsibility clause establishes that the subcontractor is accountable for overseeing its own personnel and any lower-tier subcontractors involved in the project. This typically means the subcontractor must ensure that all work performed by its team and any hired sub-subcontractors meets the required standards and complies with the main contract's terms. By clearly assigning responsibility for supervision and performance, this clause helps prevent disputes over quality or compliance and ensures that the primary contractor can rely on the subcontractor to manage its own workforce effectively.
