Subaccount. An investment division of the Separate Account. Each Subaccount, (a “Variable Investment Option” or “Variable Account”) invests its assets in a separate series or class of shares of a designated investment company.

Subaccount. Variable Separate Account assets are divided into Subaccounts. Assets of each Subaccount will be invested in shares of a Variable Investment Option.
Subaccount. The sub-account in which the positions are registered. Increase or Decrease2:  The sign “+” if the gross position is to be increased;  The sign “-” if the gross position is to be decreased. Number of Positions: The number of both long and short Positions registered on the Member’s client account for the option series in question to be increased or decreased (according to the sign entered in the “Increase or Decrease” column).
