Common use of SUB-ADVISORY FEES Clause in Contracts

SUB-ADVISORY FEES. For all of the services rendered with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Sub-Adviser an annual fee, based on the Current Net Assets (as defined below) of the Allocated Portion, as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Such fee shall be accrued daily and payable monthly. In the case of termination of this Agreement with respect to the Fund during any calendar month, the fee with respect to the Allocated Portion accrued to, but excluding, the date of termination shall be paid promptly following such termination.
