Common use of Study Period Clause in Contracts

Study Period. Notwithstanding Section 2.1 of the Existing Agreement, the Study Period shall be extended until July 29, 2005 for all purposes under the Agreement.

Study Period. Notwithstanding Section 2.1 of the Existing Agreement, the Study Period shall be extended until July 298, 2005 for all purposes under the Agreement.
