Study Leave A Unit. Member desiring to attend training sessions without the approval of the Employer may do so on his/her own time at his/her own expense. If said training session requires the Unit Member to be absent from duty during normal working hours, including travel to and from the training session, the Unit Member shall submit a leave request and receive approval.
