Common use of Study Budget Clause in Contracts

Study Budget. Sponsor will provide the financial support for the Sponsored Research as detailed in the budget Appendix B which is incorporated herein by reference, (the “Budget”). If, at any time, a Party has reason to believe that the cost of the Sponsored Research will exceed the amount set forth in the Budget, such Party will notify the other Party, giving a revised budget for completion of the Sponsored Research.
