This Report will be accompanied by the CONSULTANT's cost estimate for the Project, including the following, which shall be separately itemized: construction costs, allowance for consulting costs and contingencies, and (on the basis of information furnished by others) allowances for such other items as charges of all other professionals and consultants, for the cost of land and rights-of-way, legal fees, project management fees, for interest and financing charges and for other Services identified as pertinent to the Project.
