Common use of Students with Disabilities Clause in Contracts

Students with Disabilities. Notwithstanding anything in this Contract to the contrary and unless otherwise agreed to by the Superintendent or their designee and the Network, the education of students with disabilities as required by all applicable statutes, rules, regulations, orders and restrictions of the United States of America, the State of Colorado and municipalities thereof, and of any governmental department, commission, board, regulatory authority, bureau, agency and instrumentality of the foregoing, including, but not limited to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (collectively “Special Education Laws”) shall be provided as follows:
