Student Worker. For the purpose of this Contract, a student worker is a current or previous Medford high school student and meets one of the following three criteria:
Student Worker. A student worker shall mean a student of Oakland Community College who is registered as at least a half- time student six (6) credit hours each in the fall, winter and summer semesters. This restriction may be waived by mutual consent between the parties. The Work-Study students shall be governed by Work-Study Programs.
Student Worker. Employees of the College who are in positions that are declared “Student Worker” or “Student Employee” can be declared exempt from the bargaining unit under the following conditions:
Student Worker a) is enrolled at and attending a post-secondary institution in Canada
