Student Transportation. No employee shall be required to transport a student in his personal automobile. In the event a principal requests any employee to transport students in his personal automobile and such employee so agrees, authorization shall be in writing. In that event, the Employer will hold such employee harmless for claims or damages to persons or property arising out of, or directly related to, the use of such automobile for the transportation of such students within the limits of liability set forth in subparagraph (5) of Section 768.28, Florida Statutes.
