Common use of Student Management Clause in Contracts

Each teacher agrees to conform his/her student behavior management procedures to the provisions set forth in Section 1312 of the School Code of 1975, as amended, otherwise known as the “Corporal Punishment” statute and the pertinent Board policy. The policy shall be included in the teacher handbook.
