Student Instruction Time. The length of the student instructional day may never be less than State minimums. The District will maintain a consistent amount of daily instructional time at each building. There may be limited deviations to the established standard based on a building-level decision developed with full involvement of the Employees and upon approval from the Department of Learning and Teaching.
