Student Housing. The eastern-most building proposed on the Property will be approximately 460,000 square feet in size and will contain up to 333 units designed specifically as student housing. The building will have both indoor and outdoor amenity space suited to its resident population. Garage parking will be provided under the building.

Student Housing. For the purpose of this Contract, the following areas are defined as Student Housing: Xxxx Residence Hall, Centennial Village, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx X. Xxxxxx Xxxx, Texan Hall, Plaza Verde, and Xxxxxxxxxxxx Apartments (including any use of these facilities as overflow/temporary housing). Student housing is not an open, public forum. As such, no distribution of neither materials nor any sales, solicitation, or advertising shall occur without prior written authorization from the Director of Housing and Residential Programs.
Student Housing. Tiger is responsible for determining the need for and coordinating housing for students in the IAP. Tiger will, at no cost to LSU, assist those students who prefer non-LSU housing in finding suitable accommodations. Tiger may directly charge IAP students a fee for real-estate related services. Pursuant to Section 2.7N(iii) below, LSU commits to provide Student Housing for up to four hundred (400) IAP Students per semester (the “Student Housing Commitment”), subject to LSU’s receipt of the Student Housing Fee for all students requiring LSU-supplied Student Housing. Tiger will be responsible for collecting the Student Housing Fee from IAP students and remitting such amount to the University as set forth in Section 6.3 below. No later than March 1 for the following Fall semester, Tiger will provide LSU with a preliminary good-faith estimate of the number of students expected to enroll that following Fall semester and of the number of IAP students requiring LSU-supplied Student Housing that following Fall semester (no such preliminary estimate shall be required for the Spring semester). No later than May 1 for the following Fall semester and December 1 for the following Spring semester, Tiger shall notify LSU of the final number of IAP Students actually requiring Student Housing for the upcoming semester (the “Final Housing Count”):

Student Housing. This Contract grants the student a limited license to use and occupy an initially assigned room, apartment, dorm or unit in a University residence hall or apartment in a University-owned building (collectively, along with Expanded Student Housing (as defined in Section IX(e) below), the foregoing housing are referred to as the “Student Housing”) under the terms and conditions stated in this Contract, without vesting any property or possessory interests in the student or establishing a landlord/tenant relationship between the student and the University. This Contract is not subject to the restrictions of the City of Chicago Residential Landlord and Tenant Ordinance.
Student Housing. (Xxxxxxx Campus Only) Xxxxxx Community College abides by the regulations outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA). The Director of Student Housing has been designated to receive and investigate complaints and carry out responsibilities in conformity with the fore-stated acts and their amendments. There are seven dormitories on campus providing space for 300 male students and 264 female students. To be eligible for campus housing, students must be enrolled in a minimum of 15 semester hours and must maintain a minimum 1.75 GPA. Students who drop to 12-14 semester hours during the semester will be placed on housing probation, and students who drop to below 12 hours during the semester will be dismissed from the dormitory. Students who fall below a 1.75 GPA for a completed semester will be placed on housing probation for the next semester. Students must then earn a minimum 1.75 GPA for the probationary semester in order to remain in the dormitory. Dormitory rooms are generally filled before the end of summer. Two students are assigned to each room; however, three students per room will be assigned on a temporary basis when the need arises. Rooms which have been reserved will be held until 2:00 p.m. the afternoon prior to the beginning of classes. Check In To check in, students should report to the Student Housing Office in the Xxxxxxx Student Center to pick up their room key and dorm ID on the dates and times determined by the college. Students are then required to complete and turn in the Key/Damage Deposit Policy Form to the Director of Student Housing. If a student does not turn in this form, he or she may be liable for damages to the room that existed before they moved in. This is a pre-damage inventory sheet for the student to report damages for which he or she is not responsible. Failure to turn this form in will forfeit the student’s right to challenge any decision made by the Director of Student Housing to charge the student for damages not reported. Check Out To check out, a student is required to move out all belongings, clean room thoroughly, have an on-duty Dormitory Security Officer complete a dormitory withdrawal form, and turn the key and ID to that particular individual or take the form with key and ID to the Student Housing Office after the officer checks the room and signs the required form. Student Housing. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to enter a residence used for housing students in the absence of a houseparent or administrative staff member, when students are present. Moreover, bargaining unit members shall not be required to perform work in a residence used for housing students, when students are present in the work area and a houseparent or administrative staff member is not available to supervise the students in that area.
