Student Feedback Survey Pilot. In school years that end in an odd number, students will provide feedback on a research-based student feedback survey for the purpose of providing valuable feedback on teacher practice. Five (5) questions and a rating scale for each site will be developed between unit members and administrators during the fall “Fellowship” meeting in each year of the survey. The survey will be administered twice a year for each year of the survey. The first administration shall be completed by November 1st, and the second administration shall be completed by April 1st for each year of the survey. The survey will not be used in any way for teacher evaluation; however, teachers are encouraged to share information about the student survey with site administration at teacher discretion.
