Student Facilities. Aqua Quest will provide the work platform, housing and food for students. The students will be responsible for their transportation to and from Honduras. Aqua Quest will provide insurance in Honduras. Aqua Quest will receive a weekly payment per student accepted based on a percentage of FIT course tuition with such amount to be agreed upon by the Parties.

Student Facilities. Students union facilities The student union is housed on the ground floor of the laboratory wing. The premises consist of one pause room (30 seater) and a small office. The student union has a rental agreement with the faculty for these spaces. It was rebuilt in 1998. The pause room is equipped with two microwave owns and a dishwasher. The pause room is often used for student parties and other entertainment. It is also possible for the faculty employees to rent it. Other student facilities Students have access to the computer room, 14 study-group rooms (all described under teaching facilities) and changing-rooms all week including weekends from 07.00 am to 11.00 pm. Students changing-rooms and lockers are located in the basement in the teaching/laboratory wing.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.
