Stucco. Stucco on structures on Type D Lots shall be traditional 3-coat process cement plaster stucco.
Stucco. Stucco on structures on Type E Lots shall be traditional 3-coat process cement plaster stucco.
Stucco. Textured in a variety of colours. Stone in a limited range of colours.
Stucco. Stucco is a brittle cement product that is subject to expansion and contraction. Minor hairline cracks will develop in the outer layer of stucco. This is normal and does not reduce the function of the stucco in any way.
Stucco. The final appearance of your home may be impacted by sunlight angles, shadows from architectural details, application and texturing techniques, environmental surrounding and color lot to color lot variations.

  • GLASS Coverage is provided for all loss or damages to exterior glass, lettering, ornamentation and burglar foils thereon, caused by accidental breakage of such glass.
