STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. Architectural Mailboxes, LLC ("Company") guarantees this Product against structural defects, under normal use and proper assembly, for the lifetime of the product. Company’s obligation under this agreement is limited solely to repair or replacement by Company at Company’s option, during the warranty period. The Structural warranty applies to the original owner only and an original receipt must be provided. This Warranty may not be modified or extended without the explicit authority from Company. Company’s warranties herein apply only to Customer and do not extend, expressly or by implication, to any other person or entity, unless required by law. THIS WARRANTY SHALL IMMEDIATELY TERMINATE IF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPONENTS THEREOF, ARE SUBJECT TO ACCIDENT, ALTERATIONS, ABUSE OR MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR OPERATION, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER MAINTENANCE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY CAUSING SUCH DEFECT. STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. We warrant the original purchaser that our flooring: • Will not delaminate. • In its original manufactured condition, will be free from manufacturing defects. Starting from the date of purchase, but only if no exclusions are applicable and only if all conditions are fulfilled.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. Products are warranted against structural failure due to cracking, buckling, bending, or tearing arising under normal use and environmental conditions, for the warranty period.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. When installed in a residential location, and to the extent the location continuously retains its exclusively residential, non-commercial use, Ambient provides a “same-owner structural warranty,” meaning that Ambient warrants that its pre-finished luxury vinyl plank flooring with SPC core will not experience structural defects for 30 years, as long as the original end-user purchaser maintains a continuous ownership interest in the residential structure in which the Product was originally installed. When installed in a commercial or otherwise non-residential location, Ambient provides a “thirty year same owner structural warranty,” meaning that Ambient warrants that its pre-finished luxury vinyl plank flooring with SPC core will not suffer from structural defects for a period equal to the lesser of: thirty (30) years immediately following the date of initial delivery by Ambient, or the period during which the original end-user purchaser maintains a continuous ownership interest in the structure in which the Product was originally installed. If the Product is installed in a residential setting but the setting is thereafter put to a commercial or non-residential use, the warranty period shall then be the lesser of: thirty (30) years immediately following the date of initial delivery by Ambient, or the period during which the original end-user purchaser maintains a continuous ownership interest in the structure in which the Product was originally installed. FINISH WARRANTY. When installed in a residential location, and to the extent the location continuously retains its exclusively residential, non-commercial use, Ambient provides a “same-owner finish warranty,” meaning Ambient warrants that the aluminum oxide polyurethane premium strength finish on the Product will not wear through for 30 years as long as the original end-user purchaser maintains a continuous ownership interest in the residential structure in which the Product was originally installed. When installed in a light commercial or otherwise non-residential location, Ambient provides a “fifteen year same-owner finish warranty,” meaning that Ambient warrants that the aluminum oxide polyurethane premium strength finish on the Product will not wear through for a period equal to the lesser of: fifteen (15) years immediately following the date of initial delivery by Ambient, or the period during which the original end-user purchaser maintains a continuous ownership interest in the structure in which the ...

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. Hilux Flooring warrants that the flooring sold under this Warranty is, at the time of sale, free from defects in material and manufacture and that it conforms to Hilux Flooring’s standard specifications for the Flooring model. Hilux Flooring further warrants that when professionally installed according to Hilux Flooring specifications and when maintained according to Hilux Flooring instructions and used for its intended purpose, the Flooring will not delaminate, separate, buckle or cup as a result of a manufacturing defect for Twenty Five (25) years from the date of sale.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. We warrant to the original retail purchaser that the wood flooring in its original manufactured condition will be free from defects in lamination and assembly for the warranty period providing that all installation, maintenance, and environmental control requirements have been met, and the original purchaser owns and occupies the home. In the unlikely event that any aspect of the plank proves defective (only when the defective boards exceed 5% of the total floor installed), The One Floor will replace the defective planks of your floor. Note, The One Floor is NOT responsible for the labor expense associated to the replacement.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. ▇▇▇▇ Custom Hardwood warrants to the original purchaser that its flooring will remain free from defects in assembly, milling, lamination, dimension and grading for as long as the original purchaser owns the floor. ▇▇▇▇ Custom Hardwood also warrants to the original purchaser against any manufacturing defects caused by improper milling or grading.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. ▇▇▇▇▇ Harbor offers a limited lifetime structural warranty to the original retail purchaser when used for non- commercial use that covers parts and labor to correct certain defects in the material or workmanship of the following structures of the boat: the main welded seams of the pontoon, the pontoon assembly, deck risers, railing, gates and motor mount.

STRUCTURAL WARRANTY. During the first (1) year through fifth (5) after this warranty starts, we will pay the retail repair costs or retail replacement costs to repair or replace the shell structure. After the first five (5) years, we will pay the following amounts toward the retail repair costs or retail replacement costs to repair or replace the shell structure: in years six (6) through ten (10), of 75% of the retail replacement costs or retail repair costs and during the eleven (11) through twenty-five (25), 50% of the retail replacement costs or retail repair costs. If we replace your spa more than three (3) years after the warranty period starts, we will not pay for the costs of the installed plumbing components. You must pay for the installed plumbing components. Surface Finish Warranty. During the first five (5) years of this warranty, we will pay the retail repair costs to repair the surface finish or the retail replacement costs to replace the spa, at our election. During the remainder of the warranty period, we will pay 50% of the retail repair costs to repair the spa surface finish or 50% of the retail replacement costs to replace the spa. If we replace your spa more than three (3) years after the warranty period starts, we will not pay for the costs of the installed plumbing components. You must pay for the installed plumbing components. Electric Component Warranty. For the three (3) year warranty period, we will replace the electric component.
