STRIKES OR LOCK-OUTS. In view of the orderly procedureestablished by the Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the lifetime of this Agreement, there will be no strike, picketing, slowdown either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lock-out.
