Common use of STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT Clause in Contracts

STRIKE OR LOCK-OUT. 11.1 In view of the orderly procedure established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there shall be no strike and the Board agrees that there shall be no lockout of the Members in this bargaining unit.
