Streetscape Improvements. The Streetscape Improvements shall include but not be limited to concrete sidewalks, pavers, trees, landscaping, landscape planters, pedestrian lighting, bollards, and other pedestrian amenities. Overall conceptual plans and drawings ("Streetscape Drawings") for the Streetscape Improvements on O Street which directly fronts the Project Site shall be prepared by the Redeveloper. The Streetscape Drawings shall include the following signature block (hereinafter the " Streetscape Drawings Mayoral Approval"): "These Streetscape Drawings are in substantial conformance with the approved Schematic Drawings and are hereby approved this day of , 20 ". __________________________________ , Mayor of the City of Lincoln Two set of the Streetscape Drawings shall be submitted to the City's Urban Development Department for review and submittal of a recommendation to the Mayor. Upon receipt of the Urban Development's recommendation, the Mayor shall approve or reject the Streetscape Drawings within fourteen (14) days after receipt. If the Mayor approves the Streetscape Drawings, she will execute the Streetscape Drawings Mayoral Approval on each set of the Streetscape Drawings and return one set to the Redeveloper and one set to the Director of the Urban Development Department. If the Mayor fails to approve or reject the Streetscape Drawings within said fourteen days, the Streetscape Drawings shall be deemed to have been approved by the City. If the Mayor rejects the Streetscape Drawings, the Mayor shall deliver to Redeveloper written notice thereof accompanied by an explanation of the reason for rejection. If rejected, the Redeveloper shall submit revised Streetscape Drawings within fourteen (14) days after receiving the written rejection notice. Resubmitted Streetscape Drawings shall be approved or rejected as provided for the original submittal. Upon approval of the Streetscape Drawings, the Redeveloper shall prepare or cause to be prepared final Streetscape Construction Documents in accordance with City Design Standards and Standard Specifications which shall be submitted to the Mayor for review and approval as provided above.
Streetscape Improvements. The DDA agrees to meet the following responsibilities concerning streetscape improvements within the boundaries of the DDA.
Streetscape Improvements. The Company covenants and agrees to cause to be 184 performed the Construction and completion of the Streetscape Improvements as described 185 herein. In consideration for the Minimum Private Investment by the Company and the 186 completion of the Streetscape Improvements by the Company, the City shall pay the Company 187 the Guaranteed Maximum Streetscape Price pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, as payment 188 for the costs of the Construction and completion of Streetscape Improvements. 189
Streetscape Improvements. Overall conceptual plans and drawings (“Streetscape Drawings”) for Streetscape Improvements on the public streets which directly front the Project Site shall be prepared by the Redeveloper. The Streetscape Improvements shall include but not be limited to decorative hardscape, landscaping, and other streetscape features and amenities. The Streetscape Drawings shall be submitted to the City’s Urban Development Department for review and submittal of a recommendation to the Mayor. Upon receipt of the Urban Development Department’s recommendation, the Mayor shall approve or reject the Streetscape Drawings within fourteen (14) days after receipt. Upon approval of the Streetscape Drawings, the Redeveloper shall prepare or cause to be prepared final Streetscape Construction Documents in accordance with City Design Standards and Standard Specifications which shall be submitted to the Mayor for review and approval as provided above. The Streetscape Improvements shall be competitively bid through the City’s Purchasing Division or by the Redeveloper pursuant to the Redeveloper Bidding Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit E.
Streetscape Improvements. (1) The Developer shall design and construct the Streetscape Improvements as described more particularly on Exhibit E or similar improvements, all such improvements to be approved by the City Plan Commission in connection with the Site Plan Review of the 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Parcel.
Streetscape Improvements. All costs for streetscape improvements that are shown on the approved Site Plan are the responsibility of Redeveloper. This includes landscaping, lighting, public furniture and all other on-site Improvements located between the curb and the Improvements.
Streetscape Improvements. The sidewalk improvements will include granite curbs, cast concrete or stone sidewalk pavers, street lighting, and street trees. With regard to street trees, Developer agrees to protect or replace the two (2) existing street trees at the Property and plant a third street tree following construction of the Project.

Streetscape Improvements. The Market-Rate Project includes design and construction of all the streetscape improvements described in the Streetscape Plan relative to Block 9. The RFP provided for reimbursement of all these costs by the Successor Agency. Lead Developer agrees to pay all costs associated with the design and construction of the streetscape improvements with no reduction to the Purchase Price. Upon completion of the Project, the Successor Agency agrees, after acceptance of those improvements by the City, to reimburse Lead Developer for the actual cost of the design and construction of the streetscape improvements up to $1 million, which acceptance and reimbursement will not be unreasonably delayed. [Note: Use of public funds for construction of public improvements may trigger Public Contract Code bidding requirements] The costs of maintaining the streetscape improvements shall be the sole responsibility of the Market- Rate Project. However both the Affordable Project and Market-Rate Projects must pay into the CBD, which will among other things, contribute towards the cost of maintaining the streetscape improvements
Streetscape Improvements. City shall undertake streetscape improvements within the Redevelopment Project Area, including updating certain streetscape improvements along Lincoln Mall, including the possibility of updating the bus shelter.
