Common use of Street Lighting Clause in Contracts

Street Lighting. 18. The Subdivider shall construct and install streetlights in accordance with the Municipality’s Infrastructure Design Standards, generally as proposed in the Servicing Plans including the photometric plan and specifically as required or permitted by the Municipal Engineer.
