Common use of Street Additions Clause in Contracts

Street Additions. As new streets are constructed and accepted by CITY, CITY 14 may, at CITY’S sole option, designate such streets as part of the Service Area for the purposes 00 xx Xxxxxx Sweeping Service. If the City Representative designates such streets as part of the 16 Service Area CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping Service on such streets under the 17 terms and conditions of this Agreement within fifteen (15) Work Days of receipt of notice from 18 the City Representative to begin service.

If the City Representative designates such streets as part of the 16 Service Area CONTRACTOR Area, Contractor shall provide Street Sweeping Service street sweeping service on such streets under the 17 terms and conditions of this Agreement within fifteen (15) Work Days workdays of receipt of written notice from 18 the City Representative to begin service. Any changes under this section shall be subject to Agreement section 3.3.4 “Extra Work”.

If the City Representative 31 Manager designates such streets as part of the 16 Service Area service area (after final cap 32 has been laid down) CONTRACTOR shall provide Street Sweeping Service street sweeping 33 service on such streets under the 17 terms and conditions of this Agreement 34 within fifteen (15) Work Days work days of receipt of notice from 18 the City Representative Manager 35 to begin service.
