Stormwater Management System. 5.2.1 The Developer agrees to construct, at their own expense, the Stormwater Management System for the development which conforms to the design submitted to the Development Officer and reviewed by the Nova Scotia Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal. The Developer shall provide certification from a Professional Engineer that the system, or any phase thereof, has been constructed in accordance with the approved design.

Stormwater Management System. The Developer agrees that all storm water management systems and related facilities, including, without limitation: permanent post-construction storm water runoff management best management practices, ditch paving, bank protection, and fencing adjacent to open ditches, made necessary by the development of the Project are to be constructed and maintained by the Developer.
Stormwater Management System. The Owners shall provide a surface water and stormwater retention system approved by the SJRWMD, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE), and any other regulatory agencies, and meeting the requirements of the LDC. The system, including all pipes, culverts and other associated facilities shall be owned and maintained by the Master Association.

Credit will not be given for areas that sheet flow towards wetlands or off-site 9 areas. Stormwater Management System. This term shall mean a system which is designed and constructed or implemented to control discharges which are necessitated by rainfall events, incorporating methods to collect, convey, store, absorb, inhibit, treat, use or reuse water to prevent or reduce flooding, over-drainage, environmental degradation, and water pollution or otherwise affect the quantity and quality of discharges from the system, as permitted pursuant to Chapters 40C-4, 40C-40 or 40C-42, Florida Administrative Code.

The Owner shall construct the stormwater management system to service the lands described in Schedule “C” and adjacent road allowances according to the plans and specifications set out in Schedule "E" and Municipal Specifications and such approval as may be granted under the Ontario Water Resources Act.
