This includes the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (“NPDES” or “Stormwater Permit”) Federal Stormwater general permit system or analogous state Stormwater general permit system required under Stormwater Laws for discharges associated with construction activities on Project Sites greater than an acre in size.
