Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. As directed in the task order PWS, Contractor shall provide and implement a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that meets Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements. Government shall review and accept plan prior to Contractor mobilization. The Contractor shall submit Notice of Intent (NOI) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Upon completion of work, Contractor shall submit Notice of Termination (NOT) to installation Environmental Office for review and acceptance. Contractor shall submit copy of the NOI, NOT and other permits to COR upon request, and Contractor shall include copies in its Final Report.

Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. The Project is being developed in accordance with a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan ('SWPPP"). The SWPPP imposes requirements for the design, implementation and maintenance of Best Management Practices ('BMPs")to eliminate and/or mitigate all prohibited discharges into storm drains during and after construction of the Community. Contractor will be subject to the SWPPP and all BMPs established pursuant to the SWPPP. All activities undertaken by Contractor or Contractor's agents, employees, sub-contractors or representatives or others for whom Contractor is responsible, with respect to the Work must comply with the SWPPP and BMPs. The requirements of the BMPs include, but are not limited to, preventing run-off of soil, sand, sediment, oil, gasoline or other hydrocarbons, paint, fertilizers, pool chemicals, other household chemicals and other debris into the storm drains located in the Project. The SWPPP affirmatively obligates Contractor to take immediate corrective action whenever there is a violation of the BMPs as to the Work. Penalties include significant fines that will be imposed against Contractor for violation of the SWPPP or BMPs. Any violation of the SWPPP or BMPs attributable to Contractor shall be the sole responsibility of Contractor, including the obligation to pay any and all fines assessed against Contractor, Builder or the Project attributable to Contractor's violation.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan. SWPPP (Up to 3 Sheets) A SWPPP with applicable erosion control measures will be completed to meet the City of Xxxxxxxx and EPA requirements. The site will also require a construction storm water discharge permit completed and filed with the SDDENR. Erosion control sheets will provide site erosion control requirements plus additional required general notes.
