Storage Tanks. Tenant shall operate above-ground or below-ground storage tanks, including with respect to temporary storage of waste oils and solvents for periodic disposal as provided in Schedules 20.6(c)(iii) and (c)(iv), and in the Environmental Ordinary Course of Business.
