Storage Area Rent Clause Samples

Storage Area Rent. Tenant shall pay Landlord as Additional Rent in monthly installments Seven and No/100 Dollars ($7.00) per rentable square foot of Storage Area through April 30, 1996 and Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) per rentable square foot of Storage Area through April 30, 1998. Storage Rent for any Extension Period pursuant to Paragraph 9 above shall be the greater of market or Fifteen and No/100 Dollars ($15.00) per square foot, but in any event not greater than Fifteen and No/100 Dollars ($15.00) per square foot for the first (1st) Extension Period and Twenty and No/100 Dollars ($20.00) per square foot for the second (2nd) Extension Period.
