STORAGE AND PARKING. Resident recognizes that his/her storage of any personal property or vehicles on the Premises is at his/her own risk. Resident acknowledges that all locks or security systems may potentially be breached and that no warranty or representation is made regarding the efficacy of such systems. Resident hereby recognizes that Owner and agent are not liable for claims for damages arising out of the loss or damage to goods in storage for whatever reason outside the Owner’s control.

STORAGE AND PARKING. Resident may use the storage and parking areas in the Development at no cost, and only as Owner directs for the common convenience of all its residents. No personal property shall be stored in the common areas except designated storage areas assigned to the Resident. Owner reserves the right to discontinue providing these areas at any time, in which event Resident shall immediately remove all goods and vehicles as Owner directs. If, at Resident’s request, Owner’s employees move, store or handle any goods or vehicles, they do so at Resident’s own risk. The parking area is to be used only to park automobiles and small trucks (3/4 gross tons or smaller). All other vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Unlicensed vehicles, inoperable vehicles, trailers of any type, boats, and permanently stored or parked vehicles are expressly prohibited from the parking areas. Further, no more than two vehicles per Home may be parked in the parking areas without the prior written consent of Owner. The washing or repairing of vehicles anywhere in the Development is prohibited unless the Owner specifies a designated area.

The number of parking spaces is limited to one parking space per bedroom. Separate garages may be leased for an additional amount and require a separate Garage Rental Agreement.

We reserve the right to dispose of any personal belongings left in common areas at any time, without notice. Parking is reserved for You only. A valid parking permit is required. Vehicles without a properly displayed parking permit, those parked in the wrong space, or those parked illegally, will be towed, without warning, at owner’s expense. Information about the towing company used at the Property is available on signage posted in the parking area of the Property. We shall not be responsible for any vehicles towed. “Junk cars” as defined by Ohio Revised Code4513.63 are not permitted on the Property.
STORAGE AND PARKING. Unless specifically agreed in this agreement or elsewhere in writing, or unless the lessee is paying for rental of a specific storage or parking space, this rental agreement does not include a right to occupy a storage area or parking place. If storage lockers, bins, rooms, or parking spaces are available, lessee may store personal property in such areas designated by lessor. Such storage areas are not part of this rental agreement, however, and lessee's tenancy does not include a right to any storage area. If a storage area is provided to lessee, it is only as a convenience which may be changed, diminished, or withdrawn by the lessor at any time. Lessor may promulgate rules from time to time pertaining to parking or storage, including but not limited to the appearance, location, and nature of property or vehicles to be stored or parked. Personal property shall not be stored on or in decks, porches, common areas, hallways, or walkways in any event.
STORAGE AND PARKING. Outside storage of any property including, but not limited to, equipment, parts, accessories, vehicles (whether operable, abandoned or inoperable), is expressly prohibited. Other uses, including temporary parking of motor vehicles incident to Tenant’s operation, unless specifically approved herein, shall be upon the leased Premises only. Tenant shall not use or permit employees, patrons, invitees or guests to use Airport property in a manner contrary to the rules and regulations of the Airport.

Landlord shall be entitled to discontinue providing storage and parking areas at any time, in which event Resident shall immediately remove all goods and vehicles as Landlord may direct. Resident's failure to remove such goods and vehicles shall constitute Resident's appointment of Landlord as Resident's agent to a public warehouse at Resident's own risk and cost, and Landlord shall not be liable for any resulting loss, damage or injury to persons or property. The parking areas may be used only to park operable automobiles and such other types of non-commercial vehicles as Landlord may approve. All other vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
