Stoppage. 13.1 If the Purchaser shall fail to accept the Goods or any instalment or part instalment thereof or shall fail to pay any sum due to the Company or shall commit an Act of Insolvency as set out in Clause 12.4, the Company in its discretion and without prejudice to any other right or claim may by notice in writing determine wholly or in part any and every Contract between the Company and the Purchaser may by notice in writing suspend further deliveries of Goods until any default by the Purchaser be remedied.

  • WORK STOPPAGE There has not been, and there is not currently, any labour trouble which is having a Material Adverse Effect or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Recognising that each Contracting Party has the right to determine its own labour standards of protection and to adopt or modify laws accordingly its ad hoc, each Contracting Party shall endeavour to ensure that its legislation provides labour standards consistent with the internationally recognized labor rights set forth in paragraph 6 of article 1 and will continue to improve those standards.
