STOP WORK NOTICE. FOUNDATION reserves the right to issue an order to stop work in the event that: (1) a dispute should arise regarding the Services of CONTRACTOR; (2) funding for the Success Center for California Community Colleges program is reduced, suspended, terminated, discontinued, or fully expended for any reason. The stop work order will be in effect until the dispute has been resolved or as otherwise agreed to by FOUNDATION.
