Common use of Stop Payment Rights Clause in Contracts

Stop Payment Rights. If you have arranged in advance to make regular transfers from your account(s), you can stop any of these transfers by calling us at 000.000.0000, or writing us at: Advia Credit Union, 000 X. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. We must receive this request at least three (3) business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within fourteen (14) days after you call. We will charge your account our normal service for each stop payment.
