Stockholders. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the parties hereto acknowledge and agree that each representation, warranty, covenant, agreement and obligation of any Stockholder in this Agreement shall be a several representation, warranty, covenant, agreement or obligation (as applicable) of such Stockholder made solely as to such Stockholder. No Stockholder shall be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for any representation, warranty, covenant, agreement or obligation of any other Stockholder in this Agreement.
