Common use of Stockholder Services Clause in Contracts

Stockholder Services. The Advisor shall: (i) Manage communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; and (ii) Establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service.

Stockholder Services. The Advisor shall: (i) Manage along with the Dealer Manager, manage communications with Stockholders, including answering phone calls, preparing and sending written and electronic reports and other communications; and (ii) Establish along with the Dealer Manager, establish technology infrastructure to assist in providing Stockholder support and service.
