Common use of Stockholder Information Clause in Contracts

Stockholder Information. Stockholder hereby agrees to permit Parent and Purchaser to publish and disclose in the Offer Documents Stockholder’s identity and ownership of the Subject Securities and the nature of Stockholder’s commitments, arrangements and understandings under this Agreement.

Stockholder Information. Stockholder hereby agrees to permit the Parent Entities and Purchaser Company Entities to publish and disclose in the Offer Documents any press release or security filing Stockholder’s 's identity and ownership of the Subject Securities shares of Company Common Stock or Parent Common Stock, as applicable, and the nature of Stockholder’s 's commitments, arrangements and understandings under this Agreement.

Stockholder hereby agrees to will permit Parent and Purchaser to publish and disclose in the Offer Documents Stockholder’s and, if approval of stockholders of the Company is required under applicable law, a proxy or information statement, his identity and ownership of the Subject Securities Company Common Shares and the nature of Stockholder’s his commitments, arrangements and understandings under this Agreement. Stockholder and his counsel will be given an opportunity to review and comment on the Offer Documents and the proxy or information statement before the filing thereof with the SEC.

The Stockholder and his or its counsel shall be given an opportunity to review and comment on the Offer Documents and the proxy or information statement before the filing thereof with the SEC.
