Common use of Stock Transfer Clause in Contracts

Stock Transfer. In consideration of the rights and licenses granted by ISI to H▇▇▇▇▇ under this Cross License, H▇▇▇▇▇ will issue to ISI Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) shares of H▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Series B Preferred Stock pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Share Transfer Agreement entered into by the Parties, the form of which is set forth in Exhibit A.
