Common use of Stock Plan Administrator Clause in Contracts

Stock Plan Administrator. The Company and the Employer transfer Participant's Personal Data to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx a broker firm/third party service provider based in the United States of America and engaged by the Company to assist with the implementation, administration and management of Awards granted under the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share Participant's Personal Data with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. Participant will be asked to agree to separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition of Participant's ability to participate in the Plan.
