Common use of Stock Option Plans Clause in Contracts

Stock Option Plans. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the applicable Stock Option Plans for Officers and Key Employees of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc., as amended, and as may be further amended modified or replaced, from time to time, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and therein.
