Common use of Stock Option Act Clause in Contracts

Stock Option Act. Notwithstanding any provisions in the Agreement to the contrary, if the Optionee is determined to be an "Employee," as defined in section 2 of the Danish Act on the Use of Rights to Purchase or Subscribe for Shares, etc. in Employment Relationships (the "Stock Option Act"), the treatment of the Award upon termination of employment shall be governed by the Stock Option Act. However, if the provisions in the Agreement or the Plan governing the treatment of the Award upon a termination are more favorable, the provisions of the Agreement or the Plan will govern. ​ FRANCE ​
