Stereo Sample Clauses

The STEREO clause defines the terms under which stereophonic (stereo) sound recordings are addressed in an agreement. It typically specifies whether the rights, royalties, or obligations outlined in the contract apply equally to both mono and stereo versions of a recording, or if there are distinctions in treatment. For example, it may clarify if a new stereo mix of an existing mono recording is considered a separate product for royalty purposes. This clause ensures clarity regarding the handling of different audio formats, preventing disputes over rights and payments related to stereo versus mono recordings.
