Step One - Informal. 38 Employees shall first discuss the grievance with the immediate supervisor. All grievances not 39 brought to the immediate supervisor in accordance with the preceding sentence within twenty-one 40 (21) calendar days of the occurrence of the grievance shall be invalid and subject to no further 41 processing. 42
