STEP 3 - THE BOARD. If the grievance is not settled in Step #2 or time limits expire without issuance of Superintendent’s written reply, the grievance shall be referred in writing by the Association to the Board President within ten (10) days after the answer in Step #2. The Board shall, at its next regular meeting, at least ten (10) days after receipt of the appeal, discuss the grievance with the Teacher(s) and the Association representative(s). The Board shall give its written answer to the Association within twenty (20) days after the Board meeting.
